2019 open RIBA competition entry for four low-cost courtyard houses in Horton in Ribblesdale.

A series of L-shaped houses enclose courtyards, which have flexible combinations for different sites. The variety of internal layouts and external spaces gives an expansive and flexible feeling.

The character of the house typology gives a sense of progressive privacy and a strong relationship between inside and outside.
