With many years of experience in a Wiltshire planning authority and qualifications in both urban design and conservation, Julian provides a unique blend of expertise as an Urban Design and/or Heritage Expert Witness, and has recently been involved in a number of public inquiries in and around Oxfordshire.
Design Review
Julia currently sits on the South West Design Review Panel, having previously been involved with other panels in the south-west. Julian has also been a part of design review panels within Wiltshire. Both Julia and Julian are available for design review services in the region.
